South African Plant Variety Journal is published quarterly by: Directorate:
Genetic Resources Publication
of information in the South African Plant Variety Journal does not serve
as a substitute for the publication of information in the Government
Gazette, as required by the Plant Breeders' Rights Act and the Plant
Improvement Act and their attendant regulations.
It is intended to satisfy the requirements of the International
Union for the Protection of New Plant Varieties (UPOV) and to facilitate
the activities of other interested parties.
