AIM:        To provide strategic leadership and guidance for extension and advisory services in the sector.

FUNCTIONS:

1.     Develop norms and standard for extension and advisory services

2.     Set norms and standards for all service providers, extension officers (standard equipment and offices) level of training and qualifications

3.     Monitor and evaluate the implementation of norms and standards in extension and advisory services
