About Us

Purpose:

The purpose of the Directorate: National Extension Reform is to provide strategic leadership and policy guidance for extension and advisory services in the sector.

Functions:

•  To develop policy frameworks, norms and standard for extension and advisory services.
•  Set norms and standards for all service providers, extension officers (standard equipment and offices) level of training and qualifications.
•  Monitor and evaluate the implementation of policy frameworks, norms and standards in extension and advisory services.
